Registration Form

To register, please complete this Registration Packet. The early registration period will be from April 23, 2024, through April 30, 2024; early registrations receive a 10% discount. For early registration, payments should be made in person on either date, between 6pm and 8pm at Wallace Memorial Baptist Church. 

The regular registration event for the 2024-2025 season will be held at Wallace Memorial Baptist Church in early August. However, we encourage you to send in registration forms in advance if you are able. See below for tuition information.

To submit your registration forms, please print, fill out, scan, and email back to info@kcyb.org. Otherwise, you may hand in paper forms at the early registration or regular registration events.

Tuition

• • Symphonic Band and Concert Band: $250 per semester per student

  • Beginning Band: $150 per semester per student

  • Tuition is due at the beginning of each semester in August and January

There are multiple methods for paying your student’s tuition:
