Registration Form

To register, please complete this Registration Packet. 

2025-26 Season Registration Dates

• Early Registration - (10%  discount) - April 29th - May 30th, 2025

• Regular Registration - June 1st - August 12th (1st practice date)

• After the season begins, please  contact us regarding late registration options.

To submit your registration forms, please print, fill out, scan, and email back to info@kcyb.org. Otherwise, you may hand in paper forms directly to a Board member at our early registration or regular registration events.

Tuition

• • Symphonic Band and Concert Band: $250 per semester per student

  • Intermediate Band* and Beginner Band: $150 per semester per student

  • Tuition is due at the beginning of each semester in August and January

*NOTE: The Intermediate Band level only exists when KCYB membership exceeds our capacity for a single, mid-level, Concert Band. In this case, the directors will determine placement of students, based on auditions, into either Intermediate or Concert Band.

There are multiple methods for paying your student’s tuition:
