Registration

3-Step Online Registration Process

To register, please complete the following steps:

1. Fill out the Family Registration Form (one per family)

2. Fill out a separate Student Registration Form for each participating student

3. Submit Payment per the instructions below

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DATES

• Early Registration - (10%  discount) - April 1st through May 31st

• Regular Registration - June 1st through the 1st practice date

• After the season begins, please  contact us regarding late registration options.

Please note that registration is not complete until all Family and Student forms are completed and payment has been received. 

Tuition

Tuition is due at the first practice of each semester (in August and January). Band fees depend on band level as follows:

• • Symphonic Band: $250 per semester per student

  • Concert Band: $250 per semester per student

  • Beginner Band: $150 per semester per student

PAYMENT METHODS

• • Hand in cash or check (in labeled envelope) directly to the KCYB Treasurer

  • Mail check (made out to Knoxville Christian Youth Bands) to PO Box 18461, Knoxville, TN 37928
